Requested upfront payment, never shipped the order.

I ordered 5 custom embroidered patches from EstudioBordado / foltshop.hu. The seller (Palta-Atlap Kft.) requested full upfront payment of 11,387 HUF (~28 EUR) via bank transfer. After payment, they sent a Foxpost courier tracking number to create the appearance of shipping — however, the parcel was never physically handed over to Foxpost. Foxpost customer service confirmed this, and also stated that no parcels have ever been handed in from this seller's account. When confronted, the seller deflected responsibility, refused to provide proof of shipment, and responded with personal insults. A full refund was only issued after a formal written demand. I strongly advise against ordering from this seller, especially via upfront bank transfer.
