They built an awesome ebay template for us but then stopped answering our emails and simply didn't finish transitioning us from design to live. They keep sending us renewal invoices each year but none of their emails actually go anywhere - even the email address on their CONTACT US page bounces!! Once they've got your money there is no way to communicate with them to finish their service.

Massive spammers, and possibly some kind of scam Are the positive reviews real ? They seem a bit generic, so it's possible they are done by their own staff.
Their spam includes emails repeatedly sent to internal email addresses that are normally only used privately. Their spam emails do not include an unsubscribe link (as required by law) and they do not answer requests to be removed from their lists. I'll also be reporting this comapny to the Information Commissioners' Office for breach of PECC legislation.
