I ordered two of these at $10 each:
ID 51-1625-0091
SEM Specimen Stubs for LEO/CAMBRIDGE, FEI/PHILIPS, CAMSCAN, TESCAN, ZEISS instruments. 12.5mm dia. Carbon
The description says plural "stubs" and has a picture of two stubs.
Yes, I only received two bags, one stub in each bag. Should have gotten four total.

No one to talk to - and a little slow
I needed some additional information and tried calling the number(s) listed, but there was no answer.
I was also charged extra $29 for second day air. The order was placed on Friday and I was expecting the package on Monday, but it was only delivered Wednesday.

It was a good buying experience
It was a good buying experience. Aztec Crystal just has numerous bugs associated with the saving of figures, and when you try to record the logs related to the app crashing, the logs are never sent to support.

Customer service was with me every step of the way
There was some kind of glitch setting up my account to be tax exempt but customer service communicated with me and were very good. As soon as I placed and order and it still had tax they would reply right away to me emails. We did not fix the problem but the customer service made me feel like they would make it right. The order came through a few months later and they have gotten back to me with the credit.
