My close relation did transplant with…
My close relation did transplant with this clinic. Doctor name - servet disconsy operation date - September 2023 : medical coordinator name - abdul samad .. This clinic grafts cheater, they informed 4700 grafts, in warranty they put 4500 grafts but noted less hair planted in clown with no density. This resulted no progress, so checked with local clinic in August 2024, they informed only 3000 to 3500 grafts put. clinic owner - Serkan Yakuz is unprofessional, he didn't come for review even after multiple request asking him to come for review. This is true& honest statement.

In my honest opinion- ESTENİVO is not the right choice if you are tourist like me, I travelled Istanbul & choosed this clinic based on their fake reviews,medical coordinator, senior doctor etc. after 14 days I complained to medical coordinator Abdul samad about poor hairline, about clown area etc. surgery done by doctor servet disconsy. Medical coordinator told we fired two support staff, wait for 4 months you like it. I noted after 6 months not much progress in clown & mid area. Servet disconsy destroyed my mid area hair, which was good before hair transplant. I asked senior doctor - serkan yakuz to come for a video review, he purposely avoided the review, since from his heart he know his team didn’t do proper work. After 6 months no one from their team responding me properly.. I trusted the clinic, the doctor .. but after 6 months I realized all not good people, pure tourist cheating, the clinic know tourist come & go. So even if we do wrong hair transplant. Tourist patients can’t do anything. Dont go to his clinic if you are international client.. I am warning only clients who travel to Istanbul for hair transplant.

Worst/unprofessional/no proper hair transplant
Worst experience - Multiple mistake committed by this clinic - Estenivo.. 1. Doctor booked for me is serkan yakuz & Doctor performed my surgery is server disconsy, I asked why other doctor, they told he went Germany. Then why ESTENIVO booking the date ? 2. No proper precheck procedure followed like Laser hairline marking, writing number of grafts, 3. I seen from my own eye - doctor going frequently between my treatment room & another room, after my surgery I noted another patient coming out of the other treatment room 4. 80% of the work carried out by support staff, just like unplug and plug. This resulted is number of grafts wasted, no angle etc .. Becareful - ESTENIVO is not a right place for patient who travel to Turkey..
