Disappointing Part-Exchange Experience

I wanted to buy a house from this company because they were offering a part-exchange service. I had to pay £300 upfront for them to evaluate my house, even though other companies offer free valuations.
It then took them more than a week to provide the valuation, and when I finally received it, they offered to buy my house for more than £10,000 below its actual market value.
I had already had my house valued by other estate agents, and their valuations were significantly higher. As a result, I lost £300 for a valuation that was of no use to me, and I decided not to continue using their service. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience.
