This residential community is very poorly managed
If you are searching for an apartment to rent in Irving Texas, avoid this one at all costs. As a property manager myself, I hate to give a bad review because I know the struggle but this one had to be written. My son leased a unit after visiting property. When he went to move in, it was not the apartment he saw and overrun with roaches and a bad leak from washer. Place smelled horrible. No management to contact. Leasing agent said everyone out of town. Nothing she could do. They did not move in obviously. Asked for their lease to be terminated and refund deposit. Manager agreed through leasing agent. Still have not returned deposit and sent a statement of fees they were deducting from
Deposit. When we try to contact anyone, are told it is in the process. Still no contact with manager. This is truly not acceptable
