  1. Real Estate Agency

Written by the company

Founded in 2006, Estately is a small team based in Seattle, Washington. We offer online home search via Multiple Listing Services around the United States and connect people to real estate agents. We focus on connecting people with the best real estate agents we can find in any given area. Unlike some of the big real estate sites, we aren’t ad-based, so agents don’t pay to be on our property pages. Our agents are on your side, not the seller’s. We focus on creating a simple experience with just the information you need, and we’re obsessive about updating our listings as fast as possible. We’re here to make shopping for your next home easier, and a little more fun, too.

Terrible

They keep texting me with different numbers and I keep opting out. It’s the same person called Eva. Same lines, that’s how I know it’s them.

Dont wate your money

So far this lead service has been terrible...First they claimed there were no upfront fees and i would get the first lead free, then they made me pay $75 for the first lead. Of course, the "Lead" claimed he already had an agent, second lead no response at all.... i "Paused" leads, and was just charged again for a lead out of the blue at 9pm.. this time it is actually a property owner that i am currently under contract to purchase her home so i know they are not vetting these leads. Dont waste your money with these guys, they are responsive, but their leads are junk.

I signed up with Estately and started with 2 leads a week. When I called the leads the people told me that they were not interested in selling but only wanted to know what their house was worth. Another lead came in, that person was a Realtor of Yuma. They replaced that lead with Someone who didnt own the property and the phone number was from a completely different person. These leads are bogus, they don't do any vetting on people. I would not recommend this company.

Surprising Great Service. . .

I just called Estately.com expecting the usual electronic run around and was surprised and pleased to get a LIVE HUMAN on the phone. Not only that, but this person was polite and helpful; I asked that the interior photos of my home be removed from their website, which the agent said she would do. Not one minute later, the photos were removed. I find the access to a living human, the kindness and respectful behavior, and the timely attentiveness to my request ALL to be unusual in this day and age of electronic, impatient and rude responses such a gold mine! It should not be that simple, decent customer service prompts me to write a 4-star review, but it was so refreshing that I wanted to reward Estately.com! THANK YOU Estately. Hope everyone else using your services will have as good an experience.

Company unsafe, and will not remove photos of sold homes

I have asked his company multiple times to remove photos of my property that has been sold for safety concerns, and they absolutely refuse to remove the photos. This is not only unprofessional, but unsafe for homebuyers, and I absolutely do not recommend this website.

Very happy with Estately.com

I have been a certified USAA and NFCU agent, and based on my experiences with all these sources, Estately.com is the best. I have already closed several of them, and the staff is very responsive, and the support is excellent. My clients also informed me that the information they receive through estately.com is comprehensive and up to date.

Estately has helped me to locate available properties as well as identify when Open Houses are occurring however they haven't always been accurate regarding times and dates.

I no longer receive email updates when there has been any change to a property I have "SAVED". When was this practice discontinued??
I would rate them 5 stars otherwise.
