I had 5 trillion emails from them saying that they have sent it but then I should just get a digital cert...never arrived in time...a pitty behavior and a garbage of a service... !!!!!!! IT NEVER CAME IN TIME OR BY POST!!!!! although promised!!!!!

I am not sure what to make of this company. I purchased a really good deal on wowcher and brought a star. I didn’t realise I would have to add extras which came to £25. I’m not sure if it’s just me but the website seems confusing I was sure I would be getting printed copies inside the folder I purchased but they have emailed me with my star information and informed me I need to print myself? It’s a bit misleading and one thing that would make it better would be to have a map of what the star looks like or how to find it.
Bit disappointed

Awful service.
They sent an email confirming they will send the gift on Christmas day as ordered whilst simultaneously sending the gift today!!! 6 weeks early completely ruining the surprise.

Its a con, bought on groupon led to believe special offer of £15, ended up costing £45 just for hard copy that looked authentic. Works out dear postage costs!! BEWARE

I also had my gift ruined. Couldn't spell a name as they said their font could not recognise the letter! Ana from customer service is simply the worst person you could imagine (as the previous review says). This company is shockingly bad and should be avoided at all costs.

my 13yr old son wanted to get his nan (my mom) something for mothers day “nannys boy” he chose this i thought thats was so nice,my mom was so happy bless her tears n everything lol she said it is the most sweetest thing ever something she can keep for ever it wont die in a vase or get taken from her,a unique and special gift from her favourite boy (her words not mine) she realy does love it because its from the heart not the corner shop lol shes a real softy so anyway i do recommend this as a gift for someone you love even if its just to see the look and smile on ther face when its received.

Misleading advertisement on Wowcher says you get a certificate with it only to find out after it’s ordered that it’s a email not a package

Brought this is memory of my aunt who had cancer. It was a gift for the family she left behind. They absolutely love it and have it framed and on the wall

We bought binary stars for my mom and dads Diamond wedding anniversary which was yesterday, because hey, what do you buy the patents who have everything?

My mom was reduced to tears. She said, well this is a gift for all of the family because when we are gone you will look up and know we are there, together forever.
