Ich habe am 2 Juli was bestellt und…

Ich habe am 2 Juli was bestellt und bezahlt und seitdem nichts von ESTA gehört. Heute werde ich gebeten zu bewerten somit vergebe ich nur 1 Stern! Ich hoffe das die Ware zumindest bald geliefert wird. Guter Kundenservice ist was anderes. Händlerbestellnummer 418420. Lieferzeit wurde als 3 bis 5 Tage angegeben.

Poolpumpe bestellt und es wurde nie was geliefert

Poolpumpe bestellt, sollte nach 1-3 Tagen kommen, aber auch nach 12 Tage kam nichts, keine Erklärung und auch keine Entschuldigung, Auftrag wurde dann von mir storniert und widerrufen.
Absolut unseriös, da es auch keine Sendenummer oder Trackingnummer gab. Resultat ist jetzt, mein Poolwasser ist grün und veralgt, dank dieser Firma.
