Marvellous Care Team x

At the beginning my sister and I had a challenge persuading mum to have some personal care support.
After a short time of just evening calls she has become so pleased with all the care team including the management. She now describes them as “Marvellous”
For my sister and I, it means we retain our mother daughter relationship, which has been great for us and mum.
We can not recommend them enough. Super caring, extended family members to us. Our experience has been excellent.

Essential Health - Ten out of Ten

Essential Health are the 3rd care company that we have used & it's proved to be 3rd time lucky!🌟
After lack of continuity and failing standards of care previously we needed a company that promised to meet our needs and Essential Health proved to do just that. Prior to taking us on they came out to meet the family and discuss our requirements. My wife has a very rare illness and complex needs....Essential Health have made sure that all her needs are met and she is extremely well cared for and comfortable.
The team that are assigned to us are all very professional and experienced and couldn't be better, taking care of my wife as if she was part of their own family. I would have no hesitation in recommending Essential Health...definitely ten out of ten!
