Placed two orders around 2 years ago and still waiting to receive the parts, both orders are marked as processing due to parts being on back order. No response to emails or calls.

Placed and paid for water pump (that was in stock on website when ordering) in October 2021 to fid out later on that its actually not in stock and been promised that the pump will be within few weeks-we have now march 8th 2022 and here I am without the pump or money. I requested refund on few occasions-didnt get it back, I called few times-phone wasnt picked up, I texted few times-no answer whatsoever and lets skip Covid explanation while it would be ridiculous to use it now. Being easy going guy as I think I am and waited for 5 months for this part I believe that enough is enough, especially being treated like I am right now
