I can’t recommend Essential Teaching highly enough. From the very beginning, Gavin and his team created an environment that felt welcoming, supportive, and genuinely focused on helping me succeed. Starting something new can often feel overwhelming, but they completely removed that pressure. I felt relaxed, encouraged, and 100% supported throughout my entire learning journey.

What really stood out to me was their approachability and dedication. No question ever felt too small, and every interaction was met with patience, professionalism, and a real willingness to help. The learning platform is another highlight (Cademy) it’s incredibly detailed yet exceptionally easy to navigate. Everything is laid out in a clear, logical way, making it simple to stay on track and actually enjoy the process of learning. It never felt confusing or overwhelming, which made a huge difference to my confidence and progress.

In fact, I enjoyed my experience so much that I’ve decided to continue my education with them. That alone speaks volumes about the quality of support and teaching they provide.

From day one of the learning experience, everything had been explained in a way that we all knew what was expected as we all had differing experience. The pace of learning and submission of evidence was at an even and steady pace with plenty of constructive feedback from both my trainer/Assessor and the IQA. If at any time that you had an issue, it was really easy to book a slot to talk to your trainer. As a point of this course, I actually learnt quite a bit and I have been training for sometime.

I am so pleased that I chose Essential Teaching for my Level 5 Diploma in Education and Teaching.
