To tell you truth, these are on the same level as depends, over priced for what it is, I believe in giving a real review.
I don’t recommend them at all.

The product is very protective. No leaking occurs and is used for nighttime protection.

This absorbent underwear works really well for me during the day, usually one change during the day for my needs (overflow incontinence and other types also).

The delivery was on time and the pullups have good protectioon

Automatic receipt of supplies by subscription is very convenient. The product is excellent.

It’s been harder than expected to get on reliable schedule for delivery.

Product descriptions contain false information about costs and help-line information people lie.

I had a huge issue with them at first but they corrected my request although after several emails and calls back and forth. They did good by me.

I called to purchase a sampling of the product Freedom Plus. They would not live up to the offer made in their direct mail piece. It turns out the mailing was very misleading. That, coupled with their pressure to up-sell was not appreciated. I don't trust companies that act this way.
P.S. I just received a copy of my bill that included a $4.95 “Logistics Surcharge”???

Very dodgy customer service. Wouldn't honor introductory offer as stated in their brochure.
