Highly recommended. Very reliable and site is easy to negotiate.

Unfortunately it is no longer possible to use the program properly. I have worked with EssentialPim for years, but for some time now it is no longer possible. I do not know what is wrong, but EssentialPim is constantly busy with something after starting up, which makes it unusable. Too bad, I have now switched to Emclient. This is a comparable program that has worked flawlessly and quickly so far. Unfortunately for EssentialPim, which I find an excellent program with extensive applications.

Very capable,I use it all the time and have done for years. Technical support is spot on.

Love the app in general, but releases are not well tested. 12.0 RC fixed long standing sync issues and ran solid, then the 12.0.1 update broke everything. All attempts to retrieve email failed with execution errors and I had to revert.

I have been using EPIM since 2006. Although I do not need to use some of its many features, it remains the best personal information manager I can imagine for calendars, contacts, notes, and password storage. Plus the customer service is prompt and impeccable to help me deal with questions and/or problems that may arise.

Essentialpim is my favorite for, I think, more than 10 years. Very happy with the product and (important!) with the efficient and patient help in the rare occasions I had some trouble.

They are not listening to their customer and ignoring a data security issue and not informing the customers about a loss of data if synced from android version to pc version

I have discovered a long existed security issue which they have known for a long time and they have done nothing to fix it as well as they haven't informed the customers about a locked read only data loss if sync function is used

When I have contacted them, they say they plan to address to it in the future.
Instead of thanking me and or offering me any appreciation, they seem to ignore the fact to fix a problem where you sync android notes with pc version, android version just updates the notes regardless if a note customer marked the file as read only and locked,
İt basically replaces the locked & read only file without any warning, therefore your locked & read only file is overwritten (lost the original)

What an excellent management program for contacts, emailing, scheduling, etc. I love to use it and it helps me immeasurably. Customer Support is 5-star also.

I've been using EPIM since many years ago and I can tell that it gathers all I could wish from a personal information management. I appreciate specially its hierarquical mode of tasks and contacts, and great sync capabilities.

I am very satisfied with Essential Pim, I have been using it on a daily basis, with full satisfaction for its ease of use, lack of bugs and continuous evolution of the software.

A wonderful programme. I've been using it for years, it has every useful function one could want from a program to manage office work or personal or family organization. I just think it's a bit expensive: if Microsoft Office is licensed for a few euros, a lifetime license of this program is currently too expensive.

It is versatile, easy to use on different levels, trustworthy and reliable.

The basic Windows program works Ok and is useful, however trying to sync the Android app using their cloud system is a complete mess. It resulted in duplicate entries and crashed the app. It appears from the support forum others have had a similar experience. Unfortunately there has been no reply from the company support regarding the problem on the forum.

I've been using and recommending EssentialPIM for over 15 years and advising colleagues, students, and small business owner clients to use it. It's stable, consistent, and has reliable, fast customer response. It's my 'go to' contact manager, calendar, notes, simple or detailed to-do task lists, pass-word container, and so much more.

Using the program for the last 7 years, I'm impressed with the updates, speed of help, and everything else.

The Essential PIM software lets me consolidate all my data bases in one software. It is simple to use, and makes it possible to coordinate my email with all my other working software.
