Got scammed

Got scammed! Should have known it was too good to be true. Ordered and paid for a small portable projector, which never arrived. The scam goes so deep that when I lodged a claim back from my bank, essencia brand lodged a counter dispute to try to get the money back! Don't fall for it!!

Same as everyone else - Rip Off

Same as everyone else, bought a projector advertised on Facebook from Essencia for £34. Never arrived so emailed them. Got an email back apologising saying there was difficulties in the the warehouse and my order was being shipped. Never arrived so emailed again and got no response. Can’t even find them now. Rip off, and Facebook should be ashamed of themselves for allowing these people on the site without checking them first.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would.
These bastarts are scamming left and right, me included and I am beyond angry.
3 months I've waited for a projector that is never coming.
I've reported them to trading standards, ombudsman, the police and my credit card, hopefully I will get my money back.

ONE DAY THEY WILL GET THEIRS.

DONT GET SCAMMED!!!

Seen some portable projectors on a ad on Youtube. Decided to get one. Clicked on their QR Code and paid for their best deal which was 2 projectors for $94.76, got an email with the order number but no tracking number.

Emailed asking for tracking number with no response.

Emailed after 10 business days to say the delivery window had expired and had a response apologising for the delay but still gave no tracking number etc.

Emailed 3 more times after a month had past with zero response.

Have escalated it with my bank and disputed the transaction.

Yep they got me

Yep they got me. Ordered two projectors. I’m so careful usually, I’m gutted they fooled me. Wish there was some way to track through Facebook who set up the site so they can be held to account!!!

A fraudulent site that only sends me…

A fraudulent site that only sends me the order number, and then you do not know where your order arrived, and when you send them an email, no one responds. The scam was successfully completed to buy the baby bed.
