I phoned this company firstly 31.5.22, then emailed them, at their request, explaining exactly, the coffee machine which I needed to be installed. (Fracino retro lever espresso machine.) 1 week later they got back to me with a list of 'need to be in place' demands from their 'technical team' before they would come out. I paid for an electrician to appease them even though it seemed unnecessary. Then, they requested photographic proof. I gave them this, inconvenient though it was as it's not parked at my address. Then, they emailed the following day to tell me they're very sorry but their engineers have not been trained on these machines! This has all taken 1 month of too-ing and fro-ing. I have since got in touch with a firm today who are coming next week! At Last, I can make some money even though I've lost an entire summer month of trade!!!

Took £210 on the basis of a fixed cost repair of a Sage coffee machine. Engineer turned up in June 2021, investigated and said that he needed parts and would be back. This company the reported that they could not obtain parts from Sage and would I like a refund? I asked them to show me some evidence that they had ordered the parts from Sage, so I could follow up but they refused to provide that.

Over the next nine months, they regularly emailed me saying that the parts were not available, and asking if I wanted to cancel and - despite that I repeatedly said I would wait - they eventually just issued a refund in March 2022.

Now I am NOT stupid .. it is abundantly clear to me that they have choses not to obtain the parts and return to do the repair because that would have been more expensive than their 'fixed price' cost.

For that reason, I strongly recommend avoiding this company as they are clearly just trying to skim off the easy and profitable work. If you have a genuine fault with your machine that might require parts to fix, be warned that they will probably not do the work and you could certainly get the work done cheaper elsewhere!
