Horrible company

Horrible company, received a defective machine and they were awful. Tried to say I didn’t know how to use an espresso machine not knowing I’m a past Barista( before the days of fully auto machines) the owner is the worst

I bought from another company and had a terrible experience. Ended up buying from Espresso Outlet, above and beyond help from their employees. I have since bought many items from them and will continue to promote their success for years to come. Thank you!

Keep your packaging if you want to return

My wife and I bought a Turin DF54 grinder and our mistake in buying one that didn’t fit our portafilter. Unfortunately we couldn’t return it since we threw away most of the packaging. Just warning anyone to keep all of the packaging before throwing it away. The customer service rep was trying to be helpful but I never got the sense they wanted to solve my problem fully. My wife found a clip online instead to make it work.

Yes that is our policy. We have it on every page of the website and an agreement when purchasing and everybox has a big bright colored sticker on this saying to keep all packaging in case of returns or shipping issues

Poor service

Less than one year after purchasing a $2,000 Quick Mill Andreja Premium Evo espresso machine, the product malfunctioned and required a new pump, heating element, and hours of diagnostic work. Warranty claims can only be submitted through an online portal, and their response needs to be revised. The machine is now 11 months old and costs another 30% of my basis. Do yourself a favor and buy locally or from a more reputable online dealer. Don't repeat our mistake.

Incompetent Company

I bought the black DF83 even though the white was readily available. I bought the product at the beginning of June with an expected delivery time of around end of June. Upon receiving my package, I realized they sent me the white version of the DF83... Not only did they not care to apologize, I was told that I would have to wait until mid August... It tells a lot about a company that can't send the correct color to their customers and not apologize for it.

Received my grinder spoilt, Bad home business, Customer is at fault.

Received my grinder spoilt. The thread was damaged. Paid for a brand new one but my Turin that arrived seemed used, there was also remnants of coffee grounds at the chute. Perhaps they shipped to me their "OPEN box turin" and sold it as "Brand new". Espresso outlet claimed it was our fault that we spoilt it. Horrendous. Would avoid this home business at all costs. There must be no technician in this company, maybe running away from problem and blaming customer as don't know how to fix it.

Hello,

The grinder you purchased was a grinder that requires 10 minutes of grinding coffee as part of the qc process. All new units require this and the manufacturer tries to clean out all coffee grinds prior to shipping but it's very difficult to remove all signs of coffee. This is why we have a big warning saying this. We pointed this out to the customer and even offered to take a return since they missed it, but they didn't want to do that option

I ordered a modified DF64 which arrived…

I ordered a modified DF64 which arrived promptly. I did notice some cosmetic issues that may have occurred during shipping and made the company aware of this. They offered me a replacement or a partial refund if I wanted to keep the original machine. I thought this was excellent customer service and overall I’m very pleased with the purchase.

Item delivered was damaged

The grinder was delivered with a dent on the coffee collection plate with marring on the finish. The unit has the appearance of being refurbished. I'm not opposed to buying refurbished but would like to have that disclosed up front and reflected in the price. The owner has ignored my request to replace the collection plate.

The grinder was not refurbished. Every grinder is tested at the factory and therefore has some sign of ground coffee in the burrs. If there is no sign of coffee in the burrs, that means your grinder isn't tested. We mention this on numerous pages on the website, on every invoice and we explained this to you. While I'm sorry that the grinder catch tray arrived with a dent, that can happen to any grinder from any vendor during transit. Our records show that we sent a replacement catch tray. If it did not arrive, we were not aware of this.
