I've been using the site for a long…

I've been using the site for a long time. Most of the bets I make are in the e-sports market (LoL). Deposits are quick and so is the payment. Additional KYC verification may be requested, so rest assured that the site is strict with truthful information. I did the procedure with Compliance and never had any problems with withdrawals. I recommend it to all users who are not fraudulent!

I have been going through verification for 6 months now.

I’ve been placing bets on this platform for more than two years. In March, they blocked my withdrawals and forced me to go through verification. A piece of paper with my login, a video with my crypto wallet, my passport, international passport... It's been six months now. They don't reply to me on Discord, the support is useless, and they haven't responded to my emails for two months. On my account, I have 10 LTC (around $700). Draw your own conclusions.

An absolute horror of a platform

An absolute horror of a platform. This is a completely fraudulent platform that will steal all your funds without explanation after a win.

The chat support is terrible. They do not respond regularly, and their answers are useless.

If you do not want to risk being robbed, you must avoid this platform at all costs.

Do not use it under any circumstances.

Account blocked with explanation of multiple accounts

``After a year of playing on this website and multiple payouts made my withdrawal was rejected because I needed to finish my enhanced KYC. That's fine and after three rounds of requests lasting more than a month (proof of evidence, making a video of me proving that I have Binance account and sending bank statements with very sensitive information required) tonight I got email where they are saying that I violeted the terms and that I have multiple accounts. This is of course not true as I have only one account and only I was playing on it. The amount that is now locked is 5300 USDT. The emails is bellow:

Dear acika993,

We have determined that you have violated our policies surrounding the use of multiple accounts. As a result, we have decided to ban your account.

As you may know, using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited under our terms and conditions and we take these violations very seriously. As such your ban is permanent and you are no longer welcome on the platform in any capacity.

Violations of this nature can impact every player on the platform; therefore, we must take action when our terms and conditions are violated. As a result your account will be permanently locked with no access to any currencies.

Please note that Esportsbet will discontinue any further services to you. All new accounts discovered to be created by you will be banned on spot with no available refunds of any kind.

Of course I'm complaining but of course I'm being ghosted. I could see multiple people posting the same thing. All of a sudden customer support is pushing back and providing no information after being very polite previously. I'm desperate and I don't know what to do.

Update: No response at all for compliance nor support. Support is very pushing back.
