What's this Big Man Ballin bullshit on ESPN?? Is there really a need to glorify such willful over-the-top ignorance? Or is the other 90% supposed to respect it as though it's some kind of alternative culture?

I watched the Cubs game on 9/24/25 on ESPN. It was disgusting that the broadcaster kept calling Michael Busch "Matthew Busch". If you don't know who you are talking about SHUT your mouth. I think Michael needs an apology for someone being so ignorant. It didn't happen just once - it was a few times.

I would give this service 0 stars if I could. I just paid for the espn, Disney and Hulu bundle and I still can’t watch the gamecocks game. Not worth the money and I wish I could get a refund. I do not recommend you waste your money.

Cheap looking app that is out dated. An awfully app for such a rich company. Channels are difficult to navigate. Looking for a certain game takes time. Thumbing through content requires arrowing back to start. App doesn't show what's on like the streaming services do.

The website is a catastrophe. Every time you access it you have to log in again. Sometimes the page doesn't fully load you can't even log in. It never remembers your settings and quite often has a serious processing lag for its fantasy leagues. Really a third world web site which is shocking for a company pretending to be a leader.

Bought their expensive bundle to watch the us open. I am now watching the REPLAY IN SPANISH!!!+ THEY DO NOT HAVE IT ENGLISH. THIS STINKS!!!!

Streaming is the worst customer service decision I’ve seen in years. Terrible coverage No way to record. Playback experience is terrible. Halftime coverage was shockingly unprofessional. And all of this after being manipulated to pay for the privilege of being disappointed and being treated like a rube to be taken advantage of. And on top of that multiple of their feedback sites don’t work. What a surprise. They are ripe for a new entry into the market to eat their lunch. I’m here for it.

This review is for the ESPN app on Roku. I subscribe every year to watch the tennis grand slams such as the French & US Open. As per usual once the women's singles go into the quarterfinals, espn doesn't have the matches on demand even though they advertise that they do and you can't find them anywhere. They have some men's but it's random. It also continues to ask me to sign up or go to my cable carrier which I don't have. This usually takes anywhere from 10 min. to 1 day to resolve. The organization of the replays is also non existent so you have to scroll through everything to find what you're looking for. They could organize it by day or men's/women's or rounds but it's just one long stream of matches

Always an issue... the falsely advertise all the time "watch US OPEN tournament" and when it comes to finals, they squeeze more money out of you. Happens every year. Their tech support doesn't even know what can and can't be shown. They told me they just weren't showing the finals and it is a LIE. I had to open a new account to watch my finals. Horrible Horrible way of treating their clients by lying and falsely advertising.

Get Up has gotten so boring.All you have to do is watch the first hour. Only three topics are talked about over and over for two hour's? Plenty of more sports that deserve to be talked about every day,except the same stories and topics everyday. I'm no longer a fan,or watching.

I want to watch ncaa football game so it says must get subscription.. offers bundle ( Disney, Hulu, etc) which I don’t want, then find 11.99 for espn select, so I open app sign in after account formed and payment made still no access to the specific game currently on live, so go back in 30 min later and cancel subscription, then go in account again it DIDNT cancel or refund what I paid for zero access but says subscription cancels a month from now( September, 30 days later)
So I try to find a customer service number or contact, there is none it says for questions go to espn fan page on X… wth.. I don’t use X and not app I’m going to download to my phone..,
Complete scammer, refund my 11.99 as this was only game, team interested in watching…..

It’s clear that ESPN does not care about running a decent company. It used to be something worth watching. Now we have to listen Finebaum, Klatt and Stephen. They are the most clueless sports casters of all time. Finebaums terrible take on Arch Manning earned him a contract extension. Will not watch this again until they figure out how to do a job.

I watching the Syracuse/Tennessee game and they cut it off and went to the Alabama /Florida State game with 6 minutes to go. Espn then I could watch the conclusion on the ESPN app. When I tried to that, all I got is they were experiencing technical difficulties. After about 5 minutes, I got a message that my event had been concluded. When I reached out to ESPN customer service,all I got after about being on the phone, was nobody I could talk was available,nor did they know how to get in touch with someone who could answer my questions The same thing happened 3 times last year.James Pitaro (Chairman of ESPN) should find another job,because he's not any good at the one he's got.

ESPN sucks and their customer service is nonexistent. Tired of paying for a subscription service that NEVER works!!! The fact that they can negotiate a near monopoly on College Football means they don’t give a damn about how poor their service is. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Why did ESPN App go away from customizing multiview? They are supposed to have at least pre-built ones and during week 1 of college football there aren't any! ESPN get your shit together.

ESPN+ + is a terrible service! It’s problematic when watching on different computers and TVs, and it’s extremely difficult to manage.
