ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE — BUYER BEWARE

I genuinely question whether this is even a legitimate company. I rode the bike approximately five times before it completely failed. From that point on, trying to get any form of support has been a nightmare.

I made over a dozen phone calls — not once did anyone answer. Every call went straight to voicemail, with zero follow-up. I also sent multiple emails, practically begging for someone to contact me to resolve the issue. I received exactly ONE response, and then they completely disappeared. No further communication whatsoever.

In an attempt to fix the problem myself, I spent an additional $400 on a replacement battery — which did absolutely nothing.

At this point, it’s clear: this company does not stand behind its products. There is no real customer service, no accountability, and certainly no meaningful warranty support.

These types of companies appear to import generic bikes, rebrand them, and sell them with no infrastructure to support customers once something goes wrong.

Do not waste your money.
If you’re considering buying a bike, stick with a reputable company that has a physical presence and real customer support.

Frankly, businesses operating like this should be investigated.

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. I've been trying to reach Espin about a part I need for nearly two months, and the only email I've gotten back said "our mechanic isn't here, but we'll reach out to our technician then get back to you". I expected them to actually get back to me, but it's been three weeks. The bike isn't usable until I get that part. I feel like they took my money and ran. I wish they'd communicate better.

OMG this company is terrible

OMG this company is terrible. Once I paid for the order, I was totally forgotten. I still have no idea when the bike will arrive and I finally had to cancel my order. Really really bad at communicating with the customer.
Purchasing a bike from espin has been a really horrible experience. We waiting nearly a week before we reached out to them to find out where our bike was and when it would receive it. Every communication was vague. Such as your bike is being picked up. What does that even mean, After a half dozen emails and promises there is still no tracking number and no specific delivery date.
