Excellent prompt and professional service
I have purchased items from espares on three occasions in the last few months and have found them to be very helpful and professional. My most recent purchase was an oven thermostat and it arrived promptly.My technician discovered that it wasn't the thermostat that was faulty but the oven cutoff switch which he replaced and the oven heated up properly again. I checked the espares returns policy and discovered I could get a full refund without even returning the item. The money was returned to my bank account in a few days for which I was very grateful. I would certainly use espares again if needed.
