They are a big SCAM!

I created an account, purchased SMS and did everything required.

However not a single SMS has been been successfully sent, even to my own number that I registered with.

I contacted their chat support and Whatsapp support on +254114494147 and they promised to sort my account out. But then they pulled the plug and stopped responding to messages completely.

DO NOT get scammed by them. Leave them alone and find other trusted alternatives. You will only loose your money.

Very disappointing experience — service did not work

I subscribed to eSMS Africa and paid for SMS credits, expecting the service to work as advertised. Unfortunately, every time I tried to send an SMS, the message failed to go through, while the corresponding amount was still deducted from my balance.

I contacted customer service several times to report the issue and request assistance, but I never received a response.

Paying for a service that doesn't work and getting no support when you report the problem is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend being very cautious before paying for this service. My experience has been that the SMS service did not work, my balance was charged despite the failed messages, and customer support was unresponsive.

I hope the company addresses these issues and refunds affected customers or provides proper support.
