The worst company ever.
One of my armchairs was lost by the courier company. I have called countless times, and they refuse to cancel the order so I can get my money back. The armchair took two months to arrive and was eventually lost. Completely unacceptable service.
I paid for a product I never received. (I waited for 3 months) and called them several times. They told me the product is not readily available and that it's not their responsibility. When I asked them to cancel my order they sent me an email changing the order status to "picking". After waiting for one month I called them again asking for a refund and they assured me that they would forward my request to the respective department. They clearly have no intention of returning the money whatsoever. I warn everybody against ordering from this site. They are apparently scammers and I will take all legal actions against them.
My order came very quickly even the distance was very far.I bought a Christmas tree.It is very good quality and value for money!
