worst service, no customer support

Rubbish. After finding the flights and booking them, then booking the hotel and taxi transfers for the appropriate dates / times sky fare called me back several hours later to say the price was wrong. It had been a special price but that had sold out. If I changed the dates and times of my travel (which wouldn’t fit with the hotel/taxis) it would only be £40 more. For the tickets I had booked / wanted / needed it would be £250 more. I went online and found the exact same flights through an alternative source for around £35 more. This company clearly offers less than its competitors then bumps up the price. DO NOT USE THEM…..

This website is an absolute scam.
After booking, I received an email with a booking number saying booking is bending the payment. Two weeks later I still had no communication with them. So I called inquiring about the booking they said it didn't go through because my bank declined the payment. and they offered me a much more expensive alternative. so i contacted the bank which explained to me that there were no attempts to withdraw the payment. So I called Eskyfare agin, so now they are saying the ticket is a standby ticket and I need to go to the airport and wait for a cancellation, which is something they never mentioned before, and they offered me confirmed tickets for a much higher price. to me it seems like they are promising customers with cheap tickets, until it's too late and you are forced to buy the more expensive ones.

Not reliable - FRAUD
I used this company to book a flight for next day. I received a confirmation email with reference number but never received the ticket. They didn't provide a local number in US so I had to email them to follow-up. Their feedback was that they were not able to process the payment and needed additional verification. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that they didn't try to process the payment, and it was never denied from their end.

False advertisement and price they show you low price tickets once booked online you get call from the saying there small price change (it's not small price change there £250) on top of the original price give to you online.

The company is present on many sites including jetcost. It advertises fares which are -70% compared to other sites.

Which when I tried booking, turned out not to exist: what you get is not a booking, but a booking request confirmation…. Which is then turned down invoking a (fictive?) credit card declined excuse. My cc company had no clue - like the airline (since the booking reference given corresponded to nothing).

I have booked our tickets to Bangkok on Eskyfare. The process was very fast and the price was by far the cheapest I have found online for my dates. Adam was great on the phone helping with my visa related questions. I bought with them also my travel insurance at a very good price.

I had a booking which showed that the ticket would cost GBP1272.45. After sometime, the agent called me and says that it would cost GBP2197.73. Is this some sort of a joke? You guys are scammer and taking people bank card details to do more fraud . Avoid them . Do not buy any ticket from them even they are running there business from different country I guess

I had a booking which showed that the ticket would cost GBP295. After sometime, the agent called me and says that it would cost GBP900. Is this some sort of a joke?/ How can you deceive public so badly. You cant be 300% wrong??

Scam alert, cheap online price to scam you, avoid at all costs, they dont book tickets,just scam your money

I used Eskyfare and found the customer experience and service very good! They provided cheapest fare and dealt with any queries quickly and provided clear and concise answers. I made a call prior to my flight with a baggage query and again had a positive experience. Also i found it refreshing to able to speak to a person rather than an automated voice recognition line!

Eskyfare has really good, competitive prices. Love it!
