Disappointed with Lufthansa and Sky.nl
Disappointed with Lufthansa and Sky.nl. I have multiple fractures and urgent surgery, provided all medical proofs, but they refuse a refund or even a voucher. Is this how you treat passengers in a medical emergency?
The communication is very poor as well, long time waiting for answers and assistants are leaving the chats just after 1 minute of silence.
They could even show me that Lufthansa denied to refund. Every time new assistant just saying different things.
Never buy tickets through the agency, because to make a refund makes it impossible.
Gave me extra stress after I got into accident and trying to deal with it for weeks laying in bed after surgery.
