Wanting more money to reschedule
Booked flights and due to work commitments I've tried to reschedule and now the email I've been sent is wanting an extra payment which is less than my original booking. I would have thought that rebooking on cheaper flights I wouldn't need to pay for flights again even with it being 3 months to the original booking and 6 months to the rescheduled flights.
(Update)
I contacted the airline who have said if I had booked through them I would have been able to reschedule for free whereas Esky are wanting an extra £118.99 to reschedule (original booking was £172.68). If anyone sees this avoid this agency at all costs.

I'm still waiting for your confirmation about the purchased airline tickets (and payment for them). Reservations under numbers( below text) were not successfully realized or charged due to a complicated process over the Internet. For this reason, I refuse to buy a ticket from you.
