They keep charging 8 USD a month from my credit card i contacted the support NO RESPONSE AT ALL! And i contacted my bank, but there is no way to block these people from keep taking monthly money from me so EVERY MONTH i have to DISPUTE with my bank to get 8 USD back. Its very annoying. Do i need to keep dispute all my life or change my bank because of this company? SHAME ON YOU! BTW in case you take it seriously and you want me to change this review my CASE number at your site is: 1979856

This is a fraudulent company that illegally alters user contracts.
This is a fraudulent company, yet it is ironically an officially licensed telecommunications agent in Estonia. The company secretly tampers with user contracts in the backend, and recently, they outright changed the phone number plans that were promised as “lifetime valid” at the time of purchase to only one year of validity—without any prior notice.
Moreover, their customer service representatives uniformly and laughably defend it with lines like: “It has always been one year valid; now it’s just being displayed correctly…”
Their credibility is extremely questionable.
I originally planned to travel to Estonia and bought the number in advance for that purpose, but this terrible experience made me cancel the trip entirely. It has to be said that a country’s telecom operators reflect, to a large extent, the local legal regulation and overall reputation. This incident has become the reason why I will never trust anything related to Estonia from now on.

Extortion: Demanding extra money to restore my "Lifetime" status!
"I bought a lifetime number (+372 5400 6018) in Aug 2025. Now they changed it to a 1-year limit. When I complained, support admitted they could change it back but demanded an extra $6 and a 60-day waiting period. This is pure extortion and a breach of contract. Stay away!"
