The best eSIM company ever and outstanding customer service

I have used Holafly for several trips, and once again they proved why they are, in my opinion, the best eSIM provider out there. I recently had an issue with an eSIM I had purchased the previous year. When I tried to activate it, it appeared as expired, even though I had never actually used it. I contacted customer support expecting that there might not be much they could do, especially considering how much time had passed. Instead, they went above and beyond. Their team spent an entire morning helping me investigate the issue, looking for solutions, and keeping me updated throughout the process. Rather than simply telling me the eSIM had expired and leaving it at that, they gifted one exactly like the one I purchased and replaced it free of charge while personally assisting me until everything was activated correctly and working perfectly.
What impressed me most was not just the solution itself, but the level of care, patience, and dedication they showed. They genuinely wanted to help and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. In a market full of eSIM providers, customer support is what truly makes the difference, and Holafly is simply unmatched in that regard. Every time I have traveled and needed assistance, they have been responsive, professional, and incredibly kind. Trustworthy, reliable, and genuinely customer-focused. We travelled for 5 weeks through Europe…

We travelled for 5 weeks through Europe and did not have one problem anywhere and we used it all the time rather than using cash.
I had to use my bank credit card once, and had my card frozen even though we had let the bank know we were travelling.
I am not one to do a lot of surveys but I was so impressed with Holafly that I just needed to let them know our experience.

The AI functionality inferior to the human on the Tech Team…

The AI functionality at the beginning of the Help Chat did not seem to be familiar with the app. I wasted over an hour going round and round with the AI instructions. Finally, I said I was unhappy with the Help because it did not solve my problem, and AI sent me to a member of the tech team. The tech team member solved my problem immediately, and was very helpful.

I have used Holafly several times and…

I have used Holafly several times and have always been satisfied with the service. The setup process is simple, the connection is reliable, and it makes traveling much more convenient. To improve the experience even further, it would be helpful to offer more flexible plans and provide even more detailed information about network coverage before purchase. Overall, I am very happy with Holafly and would gladly use the service again.

Two months in Spain,France,Croatia and…

We stayed in Spain,France,Croatia and Montenegro for two months.
Not a single day of problem with our eSIM.
Hotspot and GPS services worked flawlessly all the time.
Installation was easy, customer service was excellent in solving an accidental double booking of one eSIM without any financial penalty.
Great experience overall.

Much easier than buying sim on arrival

On the whole it was a straightforward experience. Good to have it bought before I landed in Canada. I was uncertain initially about how to install and activate but in the end was ok. I was happy with the customer service when I wanted to end the plan earlier than expected. Good and clear communication.

I have used Holafly twice out of the 5…

I have used Holafly twice out of the 5 international tour. Each trip is 3 or 4 countries. I have used Airalo, Amaysim & jetpac. I found Holafly connection is very reliable and not drop out or lost connection when travel to different zone or country. I will use Holafly again for next trip

Awful eSIM company

Awful eSIM company with shocking customer service. Bought a sim for 3 days (£17). Installed it, didn’t work. Tried everything but just nothing. Decided after 15 minutes I wanted a refund. Spoke to the helpline who confirmed nothing wrong with my phone, and may possibly have been lack of coverage. Apparently - a sim is “used” if it has been activated and no longer entitled to a full refund!! Are you kidding? There’s no way to tell if a sim is not working unless you activate it… bad company and bad customer service, they were unable to help at all. I think it’s a ridiculous policy. Remember, don’t activate your sim or you won’t get a full refund even if it’s defective! Laughable
