Hannah and EShores have delivered an amazing holiday adventure again. From the initial discussion from the welcome back, everything has been friendly, super efficient and spot on. I don't know how Hannah does it, but she understood our varied needs and gave us the holiday that we wanted, and couldn't have possibly organised so perfectly ourselves.

We booked on a recommendation from a friend and have not been disappointed. Hannah took our original request helped with hotels transfers flights and guided us throught the process. I will be booking again for next year. Absolutely seamless travel to 3 destinations.

Such excellent service from beginning to the end. Everything went to plan in Egypt, from flights to hotels and taxis. Nick organised everything we just had to turn up. The price was very reasonable, the hotels first class. Big thank you to eShores.

This is the first time that we have used eShores, and from the start we found them professional and responsive to our requirements. They took care of all our hotel and travel arrangements and kept us informed at all stages. This helped enormously in making our week-long holiday in Italy enjoyable and stress-free. We have just had the most amazing holiday in Sri Lanka with an eight day tour of the island and four days at a beach resort, I can not fault the holiday in anyway, Andy done a great job, the Hotels were all superb, flights , transfers and tour guide were all sorted, with no problems of having to call anyone for not turning up. Sri Lanka is amazing and would highly recommend anyone to visit!

Spent 12 nights in the Canaries, 4 on each of Lanzarote, Gran Canaria and La Palma. Andy organised all hotels, flights and transfers. Everything went perfectly at a very competitive price. Not the first time I've used eshores and looking forward to the next holiday.

Andy at E-Shores has been really helpful from when we booked our holiday to Thailand to when we travelled. He advised us on the itinerary, where to stay and also arranged all of the transfers between resorts which worked perfectly. All of the hotels had wonderful staff and were conveniently situated in relation to our requirements. We can't find fault with their customer service and will certainly use them again.

The itinerary worked like clock work, everything happened as booked , flights, transfers , and hotels.

The hotel we had in ChangMai was exceptionally ideal for us . The staff were so friendly and it was a memorable visit for us (Shewe Wana Hotel).

We then flew to Krabi, picture postcard beach resort and stayed in the Sea Seeker Hotel, a great location near the hub of Aon Nang.

In summary it was a fantastic holiday and a big thank you to Andy for his patience with all the questions we fired at him and for hitting exactly what we wanted .

Had a great trip in Philippines and Hong Kong. All communication re flights and transfers were perfectly timed. We had 8 flights and 10 transfers. Can’t fault Eshores. Spoke to Nick after an internal flight was cancelled. Managed to sort another flight for morning after. Nick sorted transport on landing. All went smoothly. Look forward to our next holiday with Eshores. Definitely recommend them.

We booked our three‑week honeymoon in Thailand and had an absolutely wonderful time. We were very pleased with our itinerary, and both the hotels and transfers were of a high standard. We also appreciated being able to choose between different hotel options before confirming our trip.
Each location suited our plans perfectly, offering easy access to the beach and nearby sightseeing. Partway through the trip, I became unwell and we needed to delay our travel to the next destination. The helpline was incredibly supportive, offering clear advice on how to rebook our flights. We spoke directly with an agent who reassured us and guided us through our options.
As it was our honeymoon, we really noticed and valued the attention to detail throughout. Our agent also arranged several day trips for us while planning our itinerary, and these experiences were excellent they truly enhanced our holiday.

Emily who dealt with our multi trip holiday to Thailand really did hit the nail on the head. She listened to all our preferences in each location and picked the perfect spot each time. The whole trip was seamless from start to finish and we didn’t need to think of a thing, we could truly relax and enjoy the whole trip without worrying or forward planning as this had already been taken care of.
