It's a scam. When I attempted to pay they took more than my total balance (including delivery). Fortunately my bank thought it was a scam and it froze my card and declined the transaction. I'm convinced that the positive reviews are fake, they all sound the same.

Scamming company selling fake products and lookalikes and terrible customer service, every positive review on this site is a bot or fake account that’s only given a recommendation on this website and nothing else to try and make more fall for this scam

This company are compete FRAUDS!!! They send the wrong item then refuse for me to return it. I’m convinced all these good reviews are fake! The customer service is terrible! I’m emailing trading standards now as they can’t steal of people and think it’s ok! Not only was the product wrong it looks cheap!

Order has not arrived after 2 weeks. Customer service don’t have any information and just point you to a tracking website with little information.

Would give zero stars if I could.
Presume this is a scam and that product will never arrive.

Please don’t buy from here!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS! They sent me the wrong product and now are point blank refusing to refund me! I’ve sent so many emails asking to return the wrong product they sent me! They keep messaging me a load of nonsense. Do not waste your money! Now I need to go to my back and report them for fraud. They over charged me to begin with then took over 3 weeks to send and when it arrived it was wrong! Honestly they will steal your money and then ignore you

I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THE OFFERED MY £3 .. ITEM WAS £15 !

And there it is the, the generic response from ‘Sarah’ I have emailed customer service and promised a partial refund for what they overcharged me. I tried to cancel the shipment but they are having none of it. Ended up turning to my bank to get a charge back.

Firstly, ALL the fake good reviewers have only ever left 1 REVIEW. That itself is odd and yes they all seem to be written by the same person. I ordered items for £26 at the checkout it went to £30 then when I checked my bank they tried to claim £36. I paid by Apple Pay so felt it was secure but they are clever here and if you don’t check your bank you will be scammed. My bank are investigating. Oh, and Sarah Senior Director my arse, do not write me your response which is also very repetitive!THIS IS A SCAM

This company is a complete fraudulent scam organisation that will send you fake tracking information and send you fake emails that have been auto generated. They will send you false information saying that your order has been rejected by customs and send you other fake tracking information of another tracking company that doesn’t exist. Please do not be caught out by these online criminals.

First they took too much money which they said was a mistake and would return . Nothing has been credited to my account and I am still waiting for my item and its been over 8 weeks now . I have contacted the customer service every week for the return of my money and they do get back with a answer be Patient. I have found the photo on another site they have stolen to sell what I ordered. I wish there was more I could do to stop people from having money stolen and let people know Scam company. Reported to FSA And they have the cheek to pretend they are concerned with the below reply . Disgusting. Update Still being ignored 9th December 2024

Total scam, if I could give 0 stars I'd do it. Ordered an advent calendar, which should be for carp fishing! arrived after more than a month, they did not reply to emails with chasing at all! The item arrived damaged, and not for carp. inside is some cheap type of fishing stuff, not even put properly inside so all damaged. Contacted the original supplier and confirmed inside the carp one should be a stuff for carp! I already informed my bank, as I know they will be late with any reply! Stay away from them!!! It is missold, so I am sure my bank won't give them the money back, as refunded to me already.

I ordered the book advent calendar. It has very obvious printed grammatical errors and spelling mistakes on the actual calendar and gifts. I have emailed them 4 times and they claim it was correct on leaving their warehouse. I proved it couldn’t be by sending them photos of the errors. I asked for a refund as it was intended as a gift and the best they can offer is £6.00. This is a substandard product and their customer service is very poor.
Updated 17/11/24- I did as asked by Sarah the senior Customer Services personnel and 1st time they declined to assist and second time they ignored.
So I repeat- avoid this firm

Order was made for £29.98, however they then sent another email charging me £35.98

I placed my order on the 11th of October and paid for standard shipping with my order totalling £33.98. My first issue with this company was they actually took over £40 out of my bank so after emailing them backwards and forwards I got refunded for the difference of the money the essentially stole from me. Now I am in the middle of emailing backwards and forwards as I am still yet to receive my parcel and they cannot give me any tracking details on it so I am requesting a refund which they will not give me and keep avoiding approaching the topic of it on emails. They are a complete scam company do not use them.

Brought a micro wrench weeks ago. It finally turns up and is nothing like the product that's advertised. Yet to hear a response after emailing.

After emailing. They refuse to let me return the item in the allocated time and offer me £6 off. Terrible company to buy from. Shop else where folks.

Unfortunately, I'm not able to leave no stars, this is by far the worst company I have dealt with, at 1st the support email doesn't work great start.... had to complain on paypal to get the right details.... then i was constantly to be patient clearly no headphones were sent out the 1st or 2nd time.... but the 3rd time constantly chasing them... sending me bogus tracking numbers that don't work.... these were ordered on the 17th August it's taken until the today 25th October to give me the right tracking number eventually found ... Trust me I don't know write these things BUT DO NOT BUY OR TRUST THIS COMPANY.... WASTE OF YOUR TIME

Scam. Read the reviews. They're all much the same ... 'quality and functionality'. I paid £30 for a pair of earbuds manh weeks ago. Tracker says they're in a distribution centre in Cardiff, UK. That was September 12th (6 weeks ago!) I've pretty much given up on ever receiving them but I will keep posting here periodically about eshoppe.co.uk until I get the buds or a refund. Response from eshoppe.co.uk, "Please be patient". 😂

This is a scam! I bought a calendar after seeing an advert on Instagram and it arrived with pages missing and the months in the wrong order.
I managed to contact the original designer of these calendars and have been informed that it is a scam and they are taking people’s money for faulty and fraudulent products. Would give a zero star review and a big warning DO NOT USE!!!

Don’t bother ordering from this site. I wouldn’t have given any stars, but had to choose something. I ordered on 15 September and received my order today from U.S.A. It started with the company charging me extra without showing it on the final payment details. I only noticed when I checked my PayPal account. After I complained they refunded this eventually. Also the item I ordered, a stitch book, is not worth the money. It is a small photocopied book, very simple drawings on low grade card. Don’t bother, I definitely think I have been conned. I certainly won’t be ordering from this site again.

Purchased a calendar for a family members birthday. The product arrived wet and had water marks on the calendar. It cost £20 and they offered me £2. This in unacceptable as my family member now hasn’t got a birthday present and I do t have the money to replace it.

I wouldn’t use this company again- as customer service is terrible. That is the problem when you buy from overseas, they do not care or have any scruplkes

Absolutely shocking service, still waiting for something I ordered in July! Told them to cancel the order & give me a refund but all they keep saying is be patient, they will get it to me soon! Still not delivered & no refund! Will never order from them again
