The product is actually great. But if it breaks in the warranty window good luck getting in touch with them. Approaching 4 months without my right side working and no reply despite making several atte... See more

Escsounds is an amazing brand
Escsounds is an amazing brand. I had been using their earbuds for a while. I really believe in their products. I have and use Series 3, the one before that (The first one), Endurance earbuds waterproof (Love them!), and the Mini speaker. Each product work and sound amazing!. Great quality and truly durable!. I still have the first I had purchased from them a few years back and still work great!. True quality! 100%

Series 3 are great!
Use them as my only earphones now after my airpods would fall out at inconvenient times.
Use my Series 3 buds both in and out of the gym. Super easy to pair, great sound quality and have never fallen out.
Battery life is superb and the case protects the buds well.
2 years on still going strong 💪🏼
I’ve had my ESC series 3 for over 2 years now. And they are FANTASTIC.
I made the change to these after struggling to find anything that would stay in my ear during CrossFit, or anything that meant my head was in different positions. I’ve found the series 3 to be fantastic for this. They also never get stinky from sweat and are great for outdoor runs even in rain! I now even use them for travel and day to day listening. I’m also doing a lot more running these days so I’m even convinced I need the endurance ones too #brandloyal.
They’re so good even my husband has a pair! (And that says a lot)
Any tech issues the team are always happy to help and troubleshoot. Mt first pair were a bit funny with the connection so they just sent a new pair out which was so lovely of them!
Escsounds earbuds are a total game changer!
I LOVE my Escsounds earbuds! Usually earbuds hurt my ears or I have to spend more time adjusting / putting them back in than actually working out, but my Escsounds buds stay put, block out the background noise, and are SO comfortable! I really like how easy it is to control the music and volume right from the earbuds. I also use them for Zoom meetings and they are perfect for that too! Any communication I’ve had with the company has been very friendly and inviting. 12/10 recommend! Solid product and more than worth the price.
Great customer experience and awesome…
Great customer experience and awesome headphones
Amazing Service
One of the few companies I’ve had extreme satisfaction in dealing with on customer care. Bought a pair of series2 and allowed them to get wet running in the rain, asked for advice and was sent a pair. Have remained loyal to the brand since using their series 3 and endurance headphones. Have had minor issues with my use of them and any time I’ve asked I’ve been sent an explainer video immediately allowing me to re-pair or sync the headphones which had disconnected through user error. 10/10
Best ear pods around
Best ear pods around, the sound quality is amazing, and they fit well for my type of training, handstand push ups, muscle ups , running, they don’t fall out or move at all, my go to ear pods, so much so I have brought them for family members and recommended them to my friends, would never use a different brand, postage was quick , and communication was impeccable
Unreliable brand with non-existent…
Unreliable brand with non-existent customer service. To flee.
Charging case lifespan: 6 months. Poor quality. I ordered a new one in August: payment quickly debited but product never sent and customer service unreachable.
Very bad experience/ scam ?
