Thank you for putting my nerves at ease. We booked the accommodation via Escapo.co.uk for my elderly parents who haven't been on holiday for many years. Everyone at escapo was able to provide me with answers to all of my what seemed silly questions or find out the answer if they didn;t know immediatley. We didn't want anything too far from home for my parents, but somewhere they could relax. The property we booked was exactly what was required - all on one level and accessible.

Called these guys in error when trying to contact the property we'd booked, they were happy to assist and even contacted the property owner for us. Will definitely look at booking via ths site for our next holiday.

Last minute brek booked the night prior to arrival. Spent time ensuring we had all the details we needed. Called the following morning to make sure we had everyting we required and confirm that all was ok with the booking.
