Extremely satisfied about the after sales service. I had a puzzle which did not work 100%. I reached out and they immediately send me a new one.

Excellent customer support
I got the Fort Knox Box as a present and hat a blast solving it!
As the box is advertised to be reusable I tried to reset it, but had trouble doing so. I contacted the customer support and they were more than helpful! I got a quick, friendly and helpful answer to all of my many questions!
I can only recommend! It‘s fun and help is always available.

Not happy with instructions in german
I ordered the space box because of an ad in danish, and gave it to my son for christmas. However, the instructions were only in german, not even in english, and because of this he did not get the full experience. I feel the money was wasted.

The flyers that are included in the box, are in English and German, and the tips to open the Space box are also available in other languages. And there are instruction in Danish on our website (the flyer contains the QR code that you could scan). The information in the flyer is an introduction to the game, and you don't need to know German to solve the puzzle. In any case we value your opinion and will be happy to answer any questions you have while solving our puzzles.

The puzzle is crap due to tolerances of the wood
The puzzle is crap. The symbols are (even with glasses on) close to unreadable. Even after reading the solution, it is hard to compare the symbol on the website with the 'scratch' on the puzzle itself.
The box is set together without glue, so all panels and wheels are wiggling. Making you questioning if you did move the wheels correctly... or that it is just the wiggling box... Am I supposed to extract this key...? Or am I with that breaking the wood...
Once opened I had to file the wooden key in order to re-close the puzzle. Without success as the key doesn't fit back in due to all intolerances of the wood => I've thrown it in the bin... I even don't WANT to re-sell it on Ebay.

We are sorry about this situation. In fact, our puzzles differ from others in their difficulty in solving. The puzzle boxes are small in size, and therefore larger characters cannot be displayed on them :(
The puzzles are made of eco-friendly wood and all parts are assembled by hand. Before sending, each puzzle is checked for functionality.
We work every day and we are always ready to help in any situation. Regarding the key, please check if the key is inserted correctly. The teeth should be inside. We've sent you an email with attached screenshot of the correct position of the key. The work of the wheels is connected with this key.

Uncomplicated and satisfying help!
I had an Problem with my product (a Piece was wrongly placed) and so it wasn't solvable. I Worte the Support and got an uncomlipcated and satisfying solution.
Also the product itself is well worked and the Puzzles are fun!
