I have been a customer for many years. No complaints.

I am extremely dissatisfied and angry with eSalon. I made one purchase only, and I still have that hair colour unused. I do not need any more products, I do not want regular shipments, and I do not want any subscription. I absolutely refuse to pay £27.95 every month for something I do not need and never wanted. This situation is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary stress and frustration. Charges like this should be made completely clear before payment, not attached in a way that customers only realise afterwards. I did not agree to ongoing monthly payments. Cancel everything immediately.i emailed you around four times yesterday morning, so why are you ignoring me and not replying?

I wanted to receive only the end refresher, as I skipped a root dye last time and have an extra root colour on hand. I messaged that I’d need the end refresher only, and my request was denied. What a silly thing to lose a customer over something so petty.

Hair colour is fine, but instructions werent personalised in any way. I have lighter bits mid to ends and natural roots. Instructions said to do roots first then ends, which isn't appropriate for my situation. Did my own research as suspected this wasnt right, and did ends first then roots. Much better result.

The color is very good, maybe just a little too red. My hair always feels great after I color it.

eSalon has great products, the hair color , shampoo, conditioners, hair mask etc all the products I use are great , I’m very happy with them.

WOW! I can't believe how perfect my colour turned out. I was concerned this would be a gamble, but it was easy to apply, and the kit included everything I needed. I was so impressed by the presentation and detail of everything. My colour is nicer than it has ever been in a salon. I am thrilled with the results. I am a customer for life! I love it!!

The specialist was very helpful and helping me figure out what to do to achieve my goals.

I love my hair color and the conditioner. The ease of getting quality color at home is awesome. I do wish there were more discounts and rewards for being long time customers though. I have been with you guys since pre pandemic.

I’ve used eSalon for years. They matched my color well. I’ve also used some of their other products like shampoos and conditioners. I’ve saved so much money coloring my hair myself instead of going to a salon. Try them out. You won’t be sorry!

Something changed with my hair color over time and I had no idea how to explain what had changed and what I was looking for so I just kept sending pictures and letting Zinali decide what needed to happen and when to stop adjusting. I just colored my hair for the second time with the most recent shade she blended and I love it! She got me back to a nice, rich shade of dark blonde.

The products are top-notch. Response to tweaks in color and delivery has been painless. Would highly recommend.

I have been using the colour for a few years, and loving it. During a long holiday in the sun - swimming and using products to dress it up my hair colour had changed. Desparately I sent a garbled message asking for adjustment in the colour I wanted waiting for my return. It is wonderful. The colour has been toned perfectly and my hair is soft and shining, and easy to style. Thank you for listening and providing such a great service alongside your excellent product.

I really like Esalon. It is very convenient for me. I love the ease and use of their website. Whenever I need I a change, it is so easy to make, no questions, no hassles!
And I know in the future if I need to make a change with my color, it will not be a problem at all.

I have just cancelled my subscription. A very convoluted process to do so. It is hard to find where to even start and it takes around 6 different clicks. Clearly set up to try to trick you into staying which left a very bad taste in my mouth and I cannot believe companies are STILL behaving in this way. Also postage of £5.95 is insane - the method they use, Royal Mail 48 Tracked, is £3.55 for this weight.

The colours are ok but I have found way better at Boots for less than half the price. The ash tones are just too weak and the colours always end up looking brassy
