I like the colour consistency
I like the colour consistency. Sometimes your products are not matching to my hair type, perhaps colonist should be suggesting which products are good or bad.
I received my latest order but the colour mix bottle is shut so tightly that I can not use it. And it was the week of my colouring.

Easy and Hassle free
The product is easy to use and hassle free. It comes right to my door and is a perfect match every time. If I need to change my delivery date, or colour mixture, I just go onto my account and it adjusts to when I need it. Definitely has made in home hair dying a breeze.

Great hair colour and service
I have been a customer for years. Great hair colour, even the person who cuts my hair always comments on it, as well as how healthy my hair is. Great service, you get a reminder before they mix your colour so you can change anything you want. Their hair products are also very good.

I love the colour that my specialist adjusted for me! I am enjoying the home colouring experience. I also purchased the moisture shampoo and conditioner as well as the leave in conditioner and I love them! My hair feels so soft!

I canceled the subscription, but you are still sending me the product and charging me. I am not impressed by the service or the idea of a subscription. A person should be able to order the product when they need it not to send the product every couple of months even if they don't need the product.

This is the first time I’ve coloured my…
This is the first time I’ve coloured my hair on my own and it’s been great. The colour matching that was customized to me was perfect right from the start. This company responds to questions right away and sends products right on time when you need them. They also send good recommendations for products to try and they are always high quality and effective. I use the permanent hair colour every 6weeks and the colour pro toner to refresh my colour every 3 weeks. My hair is healthy, shiny and I get compliments on my colour. Thank you eSalon!

I’ve tried this colour twice the first…
I’ve tried this colour twice the first time I was devastated. It made my hair very light believe it or not with red tones and I wanted a dark brown with no redness in it whatsoever so I spoke with the consult and told her my problem. She told me she would fix it, and I gave them another chance. I listen to the colourist ,tried it one more time with the promise of no red tones whatsoever. And I’m very disappointed very upset about my hair I ordered dark brown no red tones and my hair ended up light brown with major red tones and it’s just not the greatest place to get your hair colour at all what you say you want you don’t get.My hair is ruined !!!!
