I have never recieved my package. When I track it, it says it is still in France. I have sent mails on several places and tried to find customer servuce place but couln't find it. It is payed in advance and now is a month and a half since. I understand that it can happen but I can't understand that there is noone I can write about it and ask them to check it since it says that it is still in France. The pages are in french and even with translator it is difficult to follow. Can someone please tell who should I complain to?

I love this shop and literally every single thing I have bought has received comments such as "I love your - , where's it from?". I received one thing that was to loose and it was returned without problems. I also received some very friendly communication about what to do . The quality is great and I feel like everything is very unique and has that French " chiqueness " to it. I am English and get the items delivered to Spain, they arrive quickly and the packaging is gorgeous, with next to no plastics and paper with little string bows that remind me of being a child and recieving presents with string bows. Love it!

Toonzshop has no problem in lying, and this has really angered me. They sent me a size L pair of pants, even though I ordered a size M, and obviously they're way too big and wrinkled. So, when I sent them a complaint by email because it's impossible to reach them by phone, they replied saying the size was correct and that they were re-sizing the pants. The truth is, I bought those pants two years ago, I had them in size M and they fit perfectly, and now they send me the L and they're too big, and they tell me they sent the right size. In the end, they made it easy for me to return the pants, but they won't deign to send me the pants in size M. Their policy is that I have to waste more time and place the order again (and now I don't know whether to order the M or the S, because the sizes are so unclear), and if the order is now outside the sale period (since I bought them), I have to buy them at a different price higher . So they send you whatever they want, and then you're on your own. I like the designs of the items, although not all of them are good quality, but their sizing policy and customer service are truly awful. It's impossible to have clear or direct communication with them. They tell you whatever they feel like. And as an alternative, it's always the same... Return the order and place a new one, even if they made a mistake. I better look for another shop with good design, if anyone here knows , please, write it in the answer... as another option ... Thank you very much !!!

To clarify transparently, we work with small artisan ateliers, and depending on each new production batch, the fit of certain pieces can vary slightly. When these variations become too significant, we sometimes make the decision to resize the whole production line so that the actual fit matches what customers expect.
For example, if a garment labelled M fits like an S, then the entire run is adjusted, the previous M becomes the new S, and so on.
This practice is very rare, but it was implemented in the past because simply noting the change in the description wasn’t enough; most customers did not notice it and the volume of returns became extremely high (so does the disappointment).
However, we fully acknowledge that this solution can create confusion, especially for returning customers who previously owned the "old sizing" and expect the exact same fit.
I also hear your concern about having to reorder instead of receiving an exchange. Our current system requires a new order to ensure correct stock management and secure traceability, but I recognise that in situations like yours, this feels unfair.
Following your review, I have asked our team to re-check all sizes across this model, to ensure accuracy and update size guidance if needed.
Once again, I deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Soft confortable fabric
Clothes look good on and according to size.
The fabric is soft and very confortable.
The only but that I find is that the sweater is super thin, I am not sure it is useful for the cold.

As for the return costs, we’re always looking for ways to make things better for our customers. In fact, we propose several return options, with different costs and different delays. All of these are negotiated with each carrier. i can see you chose the "self postage" one, wich, usually, is more expensive :/ Next time, I highly recommend you to go for the second option, named" Punto de entrega prepagado".

The quality of the products
The quality of the products, in specific the materials used the manufacture of the clothes, are not worth the prices this store sets. Not by a long shot. I purchased a 3 piece dress that cost me 100 euros, and it looked like it came from Shein. 6 out of 10 times the products price do not match their quality, and in this case in particular, I feel robbed.

I'm so confused because the fabric used to make it is 100% Tencel. It is a cellulosic fiber derived from wood pulp, a sustainably sourced renewable raw material. This fabric is manufactured using an environmentally friendly and low water production process. We're so faaaar from SHEIN :(
