Really unproductive customer service…

Really unproductive customer service and delayed processing for individuals in USA. After going through the process I was told clearing house had my application in review (since July 2025) … still no reply and no feedback via email. A message said my account was created but waiting to be “cleared”…. Meanwhile people from other locations like UK were getting processed. Very frustrating situation especially when they were a referral and are not being transparent about avoiding US customers. Please improve how you communicate and set expectations. When money is involved this creates a lot of stress for the future.
