RS Components - Poor customer service
I placed two orders with this company.1st order on the confirmation I picked up that the delivery date was 5 months from date of order as it was not a stock item.
2nd order placed. No confirmation received despite telephonic and written requests. Eventually having phoned in again I was told by one of their agents that the delivery would take 14 weeks despite the online store indicating that the product was in stock.
Really poor service.
