I purchased a doll last year from Irokebijin and it was nice, but unfortunately I had to leave it behind when moving back to the U.S. I am a frequent listener of the Turd Flinging Monkey show and he is always talking about Erovenus, so I gave them a chance. I want to start by saying the customer support team was outstanding—very responsive, engaged, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire shipping process. Their communication really stood out and made the experience much smoother.
That said, I was quite disappointed with the actual product. The INF Brenda is marketed as a high-quality, very durable item, but when I opened the box, I immediately noticed several small punctures in the silicone and the body paint around the anus area was already peeling off. For such an expensive product, I expected better condition and much better quality control right out of the package.

At the moment i can only talk about my experience will waiting for the doll, i have had a good costomer service and thay have been in contact all this time, i am about to see if everthing cames out like planed shoud arrive in one week more or less and i will coment what happens

While I was pleased with fast shipping and good communication, I was somewhat disappointed with the product, which looked too difference from the pictures. Erovenus offered a $10 refund, a minimal gesture. Not likely to order again.
