As stated in many other posts, you will not orgasim, it feels good if you just want a massage, but other than that exceedingly disappointing. Its too slow, suction is mediocre and the modes, you can tell the difference when you 1st press it but after that, its all the same. Vibration is eeehhh...would be better if faster, girlfriend tried playing with it on me and she had to keep getting me erected over and over, finallybwe just stopped using it. Not really worth the money at all. Very disappointed and since its used...cant return, however i think that policy is in place due to how many would be returned. Cleaning is a bit of a chore. Have not had electrical issues, but only used it 1x.

JUST DIDN'T WORK
I took it out of the box charged it up and it just does not work.
I contacted the merchant to return it due to it not working. I received an email asking what's the problem. I responded to them and haven't heard from them since.
I had to enter a credit card charge dispute.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Customer service is great!
I haven't had this good customer service for so long. I was very upset with how my Fleshy Pro worked and emailed customer service. They responded very fast and sent me a new unit for free! All I did was to prove that my unit is broken. I hope all company is like this! Keep it up Fleshy!

I have been going back and forth 13 times with Leah H. Im not sure what country she is from but I said that I needed to see if warrenty would cover getting a replacement sleeve. They wanted a recipt. I told her I bought it from Amazon. She insisted on a recipt from amazon. I said I don't have it and can't find it on Amazon site. She still refuses to do anything with out a recipt. I finally said look ill pay for it myself if you can tell me what item number to order to get a new sleeve for the fleshy pro. Still She wouldn't help me. She is in customer service. I hope her supervisor gets to see this. (A dissatisfied customer. Hech i even sent them the pictures they wanted.

Great customer support

Fleshy products and support deliver as promised
Fleshy products deliver as promised! Especially the Fleshy Rumble. And now I know their customer support is excellent. The customer support representative, Paris R. was quick to respond to my email, understood my issue and took quick action to resolve it. After sending photos of the issue, it was resolved within in 24 hours. So glad I chose Fleshly for my adult products!
