my recently bought scooter will not run. have sent email and left phone messages to no avail. seems this company has no support or service after sale. definitely do not recommend anyone to deal with this company.

Former UK importer of cheap Chinese electric motorbikes and scooters, they've since gone bust, although the bikes are quite fast and economical of course, the motor controller suffers from very bad reliability and high failure rate. As it wasn't the manufacturer the imported didn't really support the products on therefore not many spares were available. It's a case of you get what you pay for.

Dear sir could you please help me I have got one of your E/bike a kingday dora 1200 the battery is not keeping its own changed can you please help me out I need to have a new lithium battery if you can help me out how much would it be to replace it many thanks Dave

I never received my order paid for, money received by this company, just learnt they are permanently closed but their website is still recieving payments on their website.Don't order from this website, This is a con website, I was caught never deal with these con men

Item did not arrive. This was for a bike that cost £1795. Very poor communication and customer service. Never returned a phone call and only replied to 1 email with a very vague answer blaming the courier. Had to go to PayPal for a refund. BUYER BEWARE.

I had problems with the stand. It collapsed. I got it welded OK. There are questions about legality of E-Rider on the road which is worrying.
Extra info. Assembled OK, Rides lovely although a bit fierce at start up. Ideal for my step daughter and her 5 year old son because she has not got a driving licence. Takes him everywhere locally.
One regret- the pedal and the foot rest clash
It is a pity that the foot rest is not away from the pedal.
One other thought for a future design change, add a small compartment underneath for a GPS TRACKER with maybe a USB charge point - but conspicuous. Saves me having to continually fiddle around to get at it for charging etc.

Having had the bike for a fre weeks/months now I can happily say that I love it. I get about 30ish miles on a full battery and this is with going up moderately steep hills.

I live in Ireland and tried buying one of their e-bikes, but due to various tax reasons and shipping problems, we couldn't make that happen. Company still had plenty of time for me and I ended up buying one of their models second-hand, which they gave me advice on how to patch up despite me technically not having paid them at all. I'll be buying parts and they're still in touch. Thanks especially to Ken and Tim!

Daily communication with team, calling and getting through to a real person not automated and fast delivery

My opinion is that the motobick is excellent, the problem is that they don't give assistance in changing parts. But the rest , I am very satisfied .

I have been trying to contact them. But they never got back to me.

I bought the Electric bike model 18 last year, and I have never been so disappointed with the delivery of this bike. They just left it on my flat, and I had to carry it myself up to the 3rd floor!
I didn't have any space to keep it, and if I would leave it outside, someone could steal it...The delivery guy just left me to carry it myself. It was a nightmare!

Anyways, I have never used the bike so I can't say nothing about it.
But the service was pretty bad.
I am trying to sell it back now to e-riders, but they seem to not be interested...

These people just want to sell and don't care about customers. My father had bought a bike with them that needed a new battery, and they did next to nothing to help source a new one. Don't consider their bikes to built to last because they wont help you if one breaks
