The chair is very supportive , especially for long hours of work in front of a computer. Had recent issue with gas lift dysfunction. It took a bit of searching to find the pathway to repair. Once I found the correct person to report the fault , repair of chair was done within 24 hours. For WA buyers note for all repairs etc phone Abody Furniture in Vic- contact is in the invoice.
One design that is puzzling in a very expensive chair is the seat cushion is held on to the base by Velcro!! - the 2 velcro surfaces go out of alignment over time. Understandable as to why this path was chosen- hope there is a more elegant method for newer versions

Amazing customer service from my first enquiry re the chair right through to the delivery.
I have only had the chair for a few days but I can feel the difference in my lower back pain already. I can sit for longer periods and the ability to move around on the chair as I sit is amazing.

This is a superb chair! I just wish I’d bought it earlier. No more neck or lower back pain from sitting on an old office chair.

The flexible side of the seat stick to the hard bit with Velcro. The Velcro works fine…however perhaps too fine! One half of the Velcro comes unstuck from the flexible side, the glue must be not fit for purpose.
Might have to glue it back on myself to save any more shipping delays. Due to the restrictions in Sydney shipping was delayed from an estimated max 10 days to 12 days. There are no automatic comms set up for shipping btw, so you sort of have to wait until it arrives without any information about arrival.
I also noticed a silver nut on the seat base missing.
Have tried the chair and it works fine but need to have longer to sit on it to tell ya how it goes! So far so good though, great concept, but shoddy workmanship.

He went out of his way to have the ErgoFlip delivered to me in time for my husband’s birthday - all in the middle of lockdown. The chair is fantastic and you can feel the benefits with your back and your core immediately and it also looks good. Would thoroughly recommend!!

The experience of purchasing online and then the follow-ups by text right up until the chair was delivered was brilliant. The one thing that let me down was that my chair was delivered without a box or any protection on the wheels - it was literally couriered rolling around the back of a courier van. This means that the wheels got all dirty and scratched which for a $800 chair I would not expect. Saying that, the chair itself is awesome and I look forward to pulling up some of those videos and using it!
