Incredible customer service from Anna

Incredible customer service from Anna. Baby Carrier arrived in time and even helped sort out a newsletter signup discount glitch without any hassle.

Highly recommend the carrier too (omni deluxe in linen)! The linen i personally like more than the mesh version as just feels like a bit nicer fabric so softer for bubs while still being breathable

Fantastic carrier, really classy

Ergobaby has been fantastic, we recently bought the ergo omni deluxe and it’s way better than all the baby carriers we have had. The fabric quality is excellent, It looks amazing, it feels very light on your body, we can now back carry, front carry facing in and out, we have pockets for keys and phones and most importantly baby feels very safe, baby is extremely happy and comfortable in there. You can tell they had both parents and babies in mind when they designed it, The only tiny tiny negative is I wish the instruction manual was easier to hold and to understand, I’m still struggling a bit with adjustments. I have been using the ergo for a couple of weeks now so I’m just hoping that it will last me a lifetime but yeah I couldn’t recommend it more.

I am extremely dissatisfied with…

I am extremely dissatisfied with Ergobaby’s customer service. When you purchase a product at a high price, you expect quality and proper support. Instead, I was told that in order to replace broken buckles, I must provide the original receipt — which I am apparently expected to keep for four years. The fact that I can provide the serial number and proof of having the product is not considered sufficient. This is nothing short of dishonest and disappointing. I will not be recommending this brand to anyone.

Great product!

Great product!

Received my ergo baby sling and changed my life! Previous well know brand sling was hurting my lower back as my baby got heavier. Since wearing the ego baby breeze I have no pain, it’s extremely comfortable and I’m able to go for long walks without any discomfort.

I have never had a bad experience with…

I have never had a bad experience with Ergobaby. I have contacted them about replacement parts on a previous pushchair and they were very responsive and just recently bought a new pushchair from them and it arrived quicker than the timescale given. Only improvement is that it would be good to have a tracking number so you know when your parcel is going to arrive.

Don't buy direct from Ergobaby - Poor customer service

I really like the item from Ergobaby. However, it was a bad mistake to order directly from them. The item was shopped on 8th April but we ended paying 3 times and got 3 items even we only wanted one.

The trouble was the check out process, we were desperate to complete the purchase but kept getting the error which we thought the transaction wouldnt went through. We contacted straight away to cancel the order but we got refused.

Replacement buckle

Bought a replacement buckle for our Omni 360 Breeze, cost a few pounds only and shipping was free! Great to see this company supporting repairs therefore reducing waste.

I have ordered a metro 3 and support…

I have ordered a metro 3 and support bar. It’s too small for my toddler despite the claim it was suitable so I want to return but when I go to their portal it says £0 is due for the pram and I also get one label instead of two. Yet I have two boxes to return so I have no idea how to send it back. I tried to contact the customer service for days via various means and nobody is coming back to me. I am tempted to send the pram first with the label I have but reading the reviews and seeing the amount stated was £0 I am worried I won’t even get the money back.
I wish I can rewind time and never bought anything from this scam my company
