Quick comment on the concert I had to cancel: Dua Lipa is a nice singer but until 2021-2022, then it got a bit bored. New Katy Perry, yea yea we understand that. So maybe the concert was not so important but in this case I was more important (my health and my body too)!

Excellent service!
I ended up having surgery last minute and could not travel on the concert. I send the documents and request for payment and I got money back in a few days without any further questions! I was totally delighted as I never had such good experience with any insurance!!! Great job! I recommend you to to all who want to insure their costs!

Fast & efficient
Due to moving countries, I had to start the process witj Ergo to get my money back of a concert ticket.
The process was super simple and fast. I only had to provide all documents ans that's it, 100% online.
In one week I received an email to conclude the process and the money was transferred to my account.

Woah! Buyer beware. We took out insurance in case we were unable to get to a gig in Italy. When we couldn't because of an unexpected health problem we claimed. Latest letter says they only pay out if the claimant lives in the EU. Hmmm.. mis-selling?
