I love Erborian products and have been a loyal customer for over 5 years, using my saved account. I've been trying to place an order to take advantage of their sales since November, and oddly my card was rejected. After multiple attempts over two months, using three different cards and continued rejection, I've contacted their customer service many times. I have stellar credit scores and am able to use these cards everywhere else. Customer service cant understand why this is happening so they say it must be on my end. I've called each of my financial institutions and they say the rejections must be happening at Erborian's end - which makes sense. I tell ERborian what we've known all along - the problem is with their system -- and they've stopped responding. Exasperated, I sign in as a guest and my order finally goes through. I wish I didn't like their product because their service is horrific - blaming me, their loyal customer, for an error clearly on their end. BEWARE and hope you never get caught in this awful, no-win situation. Am looking for a better product so I can switch - Erborian is forcing me to do this.

The products are good and my wife loves the Double Yuzu, so we keep buying them. If you order and all is good with the details, it´s a good purchase. If you have a little error, like a number missing from address or so - you can forget it. Customer service does not exist, 3 days later still no reply and my order goes to the wrong destination. The website is also very sluggish, if you add a new destination it will still show the old one.
