I’ve had this product 3 years and it’s never been faulty. It gives reassurance when no one is at home, and is simple to use.

Product very compact and user friendly. Felt instructions in the box could give a reminder on how to pair remote with system, had to search out original supplied paperwork to action.

This remote was to replace an original one which had faded emblems. It is my opinion that a black background would be better for viewing for anyone, especially if their sight is not good.
