Fraud account

Same story as seen on other reviews. Payment of my order including delivery confirmed, then noticed they had taken a higher amount!!! I can't believe how they get away with taking whatever they like from your bank account, I'm fuming

Scammers - do not buy from them!

As others have said, this company is terrible and their products are not fit for use. They claim that you should choose a particular size in their ads and then when that size doesn’t fit they say that they have sent what you ordered and will not refund your money. Clearly a scam - do not buy anything from them!

Ordered my item which did not arrive

Ordered my item which did not arrive. Contacted the company who said it had been delivered. It hadn’t. Didn’t give me the name of the courier and said it was their fault not the sellers problem. They replied quickly but weren’t going to help. Didn’t offer to replace or refund. When asked refused. Just sorry nothing we can do. Lost money and no product. UPDATE. They would now like me to compensate them for the loss of the product and the shipping fees. Unbelievable!

Ignorant customer service

Ordered some clothing items, and did not mind the wait. When they arrived the quality was as expected, however the size was too big and the items didn't do what it supposed to (shapewear, I am wearing size L, ordered S/M as advised on the website). When contacted customer service they told me that the item is what I ordered and nothing they are willing to do. So the false advertisement is somehow my fault. Will block all further marketing emails from them, and strongly advise ordering from these scammers.

My last review on this company

My last review on this company. The response to each of my feedbacks has been exactly the same on every occasion. The requested information has been supplied on numerous occasions with the result - nothing!
Hopefully, people will see this company is no more than a means of getting money from you without supplying the goods ordered. My advice would be to stay away from them and look elsewhere for what you want.

Returns not possible

Missold an item. Website says you can return for a full return however that is not the case. They offered me £6 for items I cannot use. I have asked numerous times to return the items and to have a full refund and they are now ignoring my emails. DO NOT USE. Not worth the risk, time or energy

Reply - as you can see from my review I have been in contact and you are not ‘dealing with it in a timely manner’ or even a suitable solution.

I don’t trust this company

I ordered the dog tooth gel and when I paid I noticed that £3.50 extra had been taken out of my account.
Yet my Apple Pay payment was accurate!
A notice flashed up on my screen for a nano second indicating the overcharge
I am feeling very uncomfortable using this company and I will now ask for them to cancel my order.

This site is not to be trusted

This site is not to be trusted. I bought the dog oral gel. There wasn't any gel in it. Only a watery substance that runs down the tube. When I wrote a one star rating on their website it gets taken down in 5mins. Can't get intouch with them for a refund

Do not use. Awful. False advertising. Find better on temu

Ordered 2 fans. They’re awful. They cost me nearly £30 for the two of them. They show a metallic green looking extending fans, what you actually get is very cheap looking plastic pile of crap. One stopped working almost immediately yet if I want to send it back it would cost me more than the items cost. Do not buy. I’m so annoyed at myself for falling for this. I needed them for camping so I thought, yes why not. Do not waste your money. Put the description in on eBay or Temu and you’ll find exactly what it looks like and at a price that reflects the quality. £6 on eBay for exactly the same fan. Including delivery. I cannot tell you how awful they are. Please don’t waste your money like I did.

I ordered a portable fan

I ordered a portable fan. It arrived cracked on the bottom. Supposed to be portable but only worked on electricity. No battery was in there to make it portable. So unhappy customer

Still waiting for item after 6 weeks

Ordered some bags one and half month ago payment taken quickly - items still not arrived. Have contacted on numerous occasions but they send a link for an update. Last update said “thanks for your order” and a tracking number that went nowhere . I’m incredibly frustrated by this company who do not seem to have any intention of sending me the items I have paid for

Shoddy garment

I waited almost 3 weeks for item and when it was delivered the garment was nowhere near what I expected it to be. It specifically stated tummy control but there is nothing special about the garment. It is plain and simply an ordinary bodysuit. I requested to return it. They did not want it back. They offered me £1.00 compensation. Avoid this company
