Worth $138 to alienate a customer

Bought something through ebay. This company shipped it. Ordered the wrong size. Tried to initiate the return through ebay and could not. First person I called at equipatron said they were "initiating the return process, and I would receive an email" Waited a week, called back. Was told I had to deal with ebay. If it was worth the $138 to alienate a first time customer, and turn them into a one time customer that shares (good and bad) experiences, congratulations! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I purchased a new engine for my Deere John

I purchased a new engine for my John Deere D110 on Friday afternoon and it was so easy to install. Had to call once for a quick question and Floyd was so helpful. Total install time was around 2.5 hours. Have already put 2 hours on the new engine and must say it has already out performed the OME hands down. From my first email to my last phone call all of the team members have been amazing. Thanks and good luck !!!

I like his knowledgeable and courteous phone staff thats why I am giving a good rating!

If you are looking for a new engine or parts call Equipatron they have knowledgeable and courteous phone staff. Its very hard to find companies like that today, if you speak to someoneyou like make sure to get their name ad aske for that person even if tey do not get a commission. You spoke to them they know what you asked and you don not have to explain it all over again, at least thats the way I like it.

Trust and Confidence has been Earned !

I've utilized Equipatron on two separate occasions. Having a touch of "Hesitation" during the initial purchase, I chose to work through one of their representatives over the phone. (I just wanted that "Person to Person" communication so my "To Trust" or "Not to Trust" senses could kick in.) After the initial verbal contact, there were subsequent email communications to confirm the applicability of the chosen equipment. When comfortable, the order was placed over the phone.

All of the correspondence and return phone calls were in a professional and timely manner. Purchase Confirmation and Tracking Numbers were provided very quickly. I was taken aback how fast the equipment arrived. Yes, the equipment was exactly as described and performed perfectly.

I've used their services yet again, but placed the order and performed the transaction online without Person to Person interaction. The process was very smooth. Order Confirmations, Purchase Receipt and Tracking Numbers were delivered timely to my email address.

Once again, the equipment arrived quickly and as expected. Will I purchase again ? Absolutely!

Did right by me

Was searching Amazon for edger blades when I happen to notice this online retailers name at the bottom of the page. Never heard of them but on a whim searched their catalog and found their price for what i wanted was more than 50% cheaper. Ordered the edger blades and not long after I received them via Fedex. Would order from them if I have another need for garden products. Good job Equipatron.
