Bought tickets for Taste of Dublin

Bought tickets for Taste of Dublin. Due to conflicts we wanted to change our days. No where on the site does it say anything about cut offs ( its not in FAQ ). When i contacted the info email they wer just like No.... no explanation or detail just NO. Asked them to explain and no acknowledgement of my name on the email just NO again and said dont know who your friends are ( as i explained in my email to them my friends were able to change their tickets so why couldnt i ? )

Told them to get some training in customer service .. not helpful what so ever
