We used the nut allergy card for a trip to Paris. I’ve got some French but it was far more reassuring to have something we knew was accurate. It was something we could give the waiter when we arrived and made sure they thought about the ingredients. It did mean that my wife ended up with a rather simple salad at one cafe but then that’s the point - better that than an allergic reaction.

Really great customer service. They are kind, generous, and very quick with getting orders fulfilled. They really helped our school out when we were in a bind and we're super grateful. Highly recommend!

I ordered a card in Vietnamese for my fish and shellfish allergy. It worked brilliantly throughout Vietnam!! So easy to print off and put in the back of my phone case to show servers at restaurants and hotels. It is written in a way which was easily understood in every place we went. It was an absolute life saver for me, gave me peace of mind and allowed me to eat out in a country where fish sauce is widely used. All the restaurant took it seriously and I had no problems at all. Thank you Equal Eats!!

I love this company! The translations are incredibly accurate and made it so smooth to order vegan meals in parts of Mexico where poultry and fish are often considered “vegan.” It gave me such peace of mind while traveling.

I also recommended Equal Eats to a friend with celiac disease who used to be terrified of traveling. Now she feels empowered to explore the world.

Just ordered 2 cards in 2 languages for our upcoming European trip and they sent them right away! My husband has celiac disease and these cards make it clear that he has an allergy not a preference. Love that it includes food preparation information as well as the foods that may contain gluten, making it much less stressful to travel.

Received amazing, speedy service and great communication from Equal Eats. Contacted them to cancel an order and see if they could expedite another as we were travelling the next day. Did both, and even produced custom made cards on a Sunday.

I've lived my whole life with anaphylactic food allergies, and I actually intentionally did not attend some trips as a younger child because it was just deemed impossible to survive in certain places because of my food allergies. Equal Eats changed that entirely. The lengths I know they go to for accuracy in different languages is above and beyond, and it helped me both with spoken interactions, and with reading and translating ingredient lists in supermarket while abroad in non-English speaking countries. When I'm prepping for international travel, this is the first thing I ensure that I have.

Wonderful service. Digital copies of cards, and physical cards arrived very promptly. When I realised I had made a mistake with my order, Kyle went out of his way to rectify the situation for me, which was much appreciated. Equal Eats cards are essential for us as we have a child with serious allergies. Having the cards means that we have more security with eating out generally, and the translation cards are an absolute must for travelling.

Excellent communication and service. The company has translation in various languages for dozens of allergens. It's great to be able to customize for each allergen as, for example, my kids are allergic to some tree nuts but can consume others. They worried about being denied certain desserts with a blanket "tree nut allergy" alert card. Most of my kids' allergens were listed but there were a couple less common ones that I needed help with. Kyle of Equal Eats promptly responded to my special inquiry and worked with me to get their allergens fully represented. I really appreciated their speed in service as I was late in making the card request. Traveling with food allergies can be stressful - scary. Add in traveling where we don't know the language and that adds to the challenge. We feel more confident having these cards to help. Highly recommend this product and company!

My son has a severe allergy to ALL nuts and I have just discovered Equal Eats! I ordered some cards and made an error then contacted them. My problem was resolved straightaway. Excellent service, will definitely be using their service for all holidays in the future where English is not the first language! Keep up the great work! ;-)

I'm so glad I came across Equal Eats before my big travel overseas with my 2 year old son. The quality is great and it's so awesome that they provide this for adults and children who have allergies to certain foods.

Equal Eats translation cards and app are fantastic for communicating your allergies in different languages! We just returned from Austria and used the card (German translation) everywhere! The waiting staff thought it was excellent and we had a wonderful smooth trip and were able to enjoy lots of beautiful food and communication of my daughters peanut allergy was successful. I highly recommend Equal Eats, they are a life saver on holiday ☀️👏🏻❤️

I love my cards! I gave one to my mom and brother to have as well. I love that they have a QR code for others to scan with a few translations. This will come in handy as I travel!
